Turning managers into leaders

It
doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out on your journey in a leadership role, or if you’re a seasoned veteran who’s well-experienced in the
highs and lows of managing people, this four-week learning program is about
helping you determine where you presently are on your leadership journey, and perhaps more importantly,
how to confidently stride forward towards continued success.

Four weeks of reflective learning are
anchored on each end by two formal classroom sessions.

  • May 9 will teach fundamental, yet powerful, leadership
    concepts.
  • June 6 will close the loop and set you
up for continued exploration in leadership learning.
  • In between, you’ll have opportunities to try
out different leadership approaches and consider what best fits you and your
    workplace environment.

Only register for
this program if you’re prepared to participate fully in both classroom events
as well as take action (and see results) in the intervening four weeks.
