Why does everyone agree on eliminating workplace bullying but there appears to be more workplace bullying than ever before?

While most of us have experienced workplace bullying at some point, effectively preventing and dealing with it remains elusive. Even with new legislation, bullies continue to be rewarded and get promoted. Until now.

Join Roy Johnson, the Bully Whisperer for this dynamic, fast-paced multi-media session that clarifies legal expectations about workplace bullying and the psychology behind what makes dealing with it so tough. He'll present counter-intuitive secrets for effectively dealing with it gleaned from almost 20 years of in-the-trenches work with bullies.

Participants will leave with a better understanding of what bullying is and isn't, and with practical tools to stop it in its tracks.
