How APSA can help you

APSA can't help you if:
- you're a manager and you need help on how to manage your staff
Feeling stressed, anxious or depressed?
If you need to talk to someone during the closure, the Employee Family Assistance Program has FREE counsellors available 24/7. They can meet in-person, on the phone or online. Call 1-800-663-1142.
