The Secrets of Powerful Emails Event

What
are the “Do’s” and “Don’ts" around communicating via email? Communication is much more than just the words we choose to speak.

Written communication involves the media transmitted, the words and
presentation. Studies have suggested that the actual words account for
only 7% of any communication.

The essence of every communication
is to impart a message in a way that the perception of the receiver
matches that of the transmitter.

In this interactive workshop,
participants will be invited to come with examples and situations of
email communication. Participants will leave with strategies to improve
their ability to connect with others.

You will learn

  • How your preference (style) influences your email responses
  • To recognize the preference within someone else’s email
  • Best practices in crafting email responses

You will learn through

  • Workshop format
  • Hands-on activities
  • Practice Scenarios
