In the last agreement, Vision Care coverage was amended to
allow the cost of eye examinations, up to a maximum of $100 in a 24-month
period, within the current $500 vision care coverage.
Coverage has been backdated to March 1,
2015. Eye examinations that took place from March 1, 2015 to present will be
covered under the above rule.
