The Neutral Zone is back! (Remember last year's Tongue Fu: Bullying Workshop?)

This time with the goal of increasing awareness on the topic of mental health and the workplace.

Participants will,

  • develop an understanding of mental health and how it affects the workplace,
  • hear facts and myths about mental health and those it affects,
  • discuss practical steps on how to create a positive, mental health work space,
  • develop skills on managing possible mental health concerns that can arise at work, and,
  • be introduced to mental health support resources available.

About the facilitator

Adam Rollins, MEd, RCC, CCR | Consultant
Adam is a mediator, trainer, coach and clinical counsellor. A board member at
Friends for Life Society and EAP Team Lead Adam provides workshops,
interventions and clinical support on stress and change management, conflict
resolution and harassment.
