Employee Development Performance Management

The Joint University/Association Committee* has been meeting to review and update the AD10 Policies that govern employment for APSA members. One topic that has been raised is the need for a comprehensive performance management system for administrative and professional staff.

In 2006, the Employee Development and Performance Management (EDPM) system was introduced to all units in the University. There was an expectation that further developments to the program and training on its use would follow.

JUAC is now looking for feedback from members who have used it for their APSA staff and/or took part in the program as a staff member. Please contact Anne Mason at apsa@sfu.ca or comment below if you are willing to share your experience with the EDPM.
