When is the last time you saw a course or a seminar called “Communication and Leadership for "MEN”? Is there a difference in the way women do, or are expected to, communicate?

How do we work together to ensure the best workplace climate for all?

In this 3-hour session, we’ll,

  • explore your experiences in the workplace,
  • build upon examples to illustrate how sometimes, unconscious, learned behaviour is hindering our own success,
  • talk about emotions in the workplace,
  • the fine art of assertiveness, and,
  • practice techniques for being heard that not only better our own workplace experience but that of those who work alongside us as well.

Leadership is, after all, an activity not a title.
