About the Speaker
Michelle Sharp has over thirty-five years’ experience and was President of
Edge Consulting Ltd for over 23 years. She was responsible for overall
direction, management of company initiatives, marketing, client relationship
management, resource management and financial planning.
Having sold Edge Consulting, Michelle developed a new business to assist
passionate social change advocates achieve their personal vision and passion.
She believes that “retirees” have so much to give and hopes that through
workshops such as Retire with Intention, they can see their potential, create
valuable connections and move forward with excitement.
She has developed countless methodologies for clients and facilitated
hundreds of workshops in the following business disciplines: Knowledge
Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement and
Change Management. Michelle is considered one of the leading Western Canada
experts in Knowledge Management (KM). She has delivered several KM workshops to
staff and managers at UBC, SFU, various client sites and HRMA.
