management and outline key points for understanding individual and group
responses to change to help managers support their group and themselves
throughout organizational changes.

Topics will include:

  • What is change and change management?
  • Understanding change barriers for individuals.
  • How individual change barriers impact group and
    organizational change.
  • Impacts of multiple changes.
  • Preparing and participating in change as an individual.
  • Managing staff during organizational change when
