Exit Survey

Have
you given notice to leave the University or know someone who has? We'd
like to hear from you via a short, annonymous survey.

We're aiming to understand why members leave SFU to take employment elsewhere.

Data
gathered will be used by the Total Compensation Review Committee (TCRC) to
persuade SFU to appropriately compensate APSA members in comparison to
other organizations. Your answers to these questions are confidential
and will not be shared with the University.

Contact Kelsey Newsham, APSA Communication Coordinator, at apsacomm@sfu.ca, to view the survey.

Total Compensation Review Committee

The TCRC reviews all aspects of “total compensation”
of APSA members including: pay, health and welfare benefits, hours of work,
pensions and any other perquisites in addition to considering the policies and
practices of the University in relation to the foregoing.

At the 2014 Salary & Benefits negotiations, three sets of funding were successfully negotiated. The purpose of the Committee’s review is to advise the APSA
Board and its delegates to the “Joint Compensation Review Committee” (APSA representatives and University representatives) how to
proceed in discussions and negotiations with SFU on the use of these funds.
