Speaker Biography

Dayna Holland, CA

As a CA and having worked extensively in the
area of tax, both personal and corporate over the past 15 years, it's
safe to say this is my happy place. Although, I do know that for many
the word tax doesn't always bring happy thoughts, it's my mission to
change that. My goal is to share my knowledge and expertise with you to
bring new awareness and understanding when it comes to tax implication
and planning. Nothing brings me more joy than when a client finds out
about a deduction they didn't know about - that's why educating clients
is one of my favourite things to do!

I
am a partner at Invictus Accounting Group LLP, a boutique
Vancouver-based advisory firm. I draw on years of experience that
include working as a Chartered Accountant in one of the largest
accounting firms in Vancouver, as well as working in the Finance
Departments for a couple of high-tech companies. Currently, my
portfolio of clients includes entrepreneurs in the retail, service and
distribution sectors. I also provide in-house tax support for larger
corporations.

I
am also a mother of two active kids. So working with the ins and outs
of personal taxes for sole proprietors and families, is something that I
am very familiar with too.
