Productivity & Self Management Course

The Productivity and Self Management™ course is designed to provide you
with methodologies and practical strategies to achieve optimum levels of
productivity in both your personal and professional environments.

The course is built on the Holistic Productivity™ approach, that is based on the premise that humans are multifaceted by nature and that a positive shift in one area of life will positively impact all other areas of life to a small or large degree. For example, a positive shift in the area of health (e.g. engaging in an exercise regime or getting more sleep at night) will tend to create a more relaxed focused state that will positively impact productivity in the workplace.

The focus for the first part is on the theoretical practices and the self awareness/management that supports productivity, and includes an overview of David Allen’s Getting Things Done® (GTD®) methodology. With a theoretical foundation in place, the second part delves into applying GTD principles, the effective use of technology and the cultivation of effective new habits.

Join the course and learn:

  • The fundamentals of the Holistic Productivity™ approach.
  • How to get to the root of inefficiencies and procrastination.
  • The basics principles and terminology of the highly acclaimed Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology.
  • Best practices for implementing GTD using Windows®, Mac®, mobile and web-based technologies.
  • Practical strategies for using technology effectively, including a focus on e-mail management.
  • Techniques for implementing positive new habits in all areas of your life.

You’ll leave the course with a process to apply in the 90 days following the course that will give the opportunity to practice what you've learned while creating a positive shift in one or more areas of your life.
