Event: Don't Bite Your Tongue

The
colleague whose "different working style" creates extra work for you;
the supervisor whose "assertive management approach" is bullying you;
the student who "pays your salary" and demands it all by yesterday
- these difficult workplace situations seemingly leave us with only two
choices:

Flight into avoiding them or Fight by pushing back.

Neither
of these strategies is typically effective. But trying to talk it
through is frequently unsuccessful for even the most skilled
communicators. Until now. In this dynamic and interactive multi media
workshop, participants will identify the characteristics of Difficult
Conversations and learn counter-intuitive secret strategies that really
work. You'll leave with practical tools to try right away to
successfully navigate some of the toughest workplace discussions.
