eligible for confidential, professional counselling from an external
provider?
The program provides, confidential, professional assistance to help staff, and their spouses and dependents resolve problems
that affect their personal lives or work performance.
It includes,
- stress, anxiety and depression; marriage counselling; family conflicts; alcohol and drug dependency and grief and bereavement,
- twelve free visits annually per family,
- in a limited way, financial and legal difficulties associated with the above problems and,
- face-to-face counselling, telephone counselling and e-Counselling.
