Kelsey Newsham goodbye

After thirteen years at SFU; five as a student and eight as APSA’s Communication Coordinator, it is time to head out on a new adventure. I’ve recently resigned from my position and will be taking the summer off to visit family in Alberta and explore B.C., before pursuing new work in the fall.

Having roamed these halls for years, I gasp to think of wearing any colour but SFU red or APSA blue.

I’m extremely proud of the work I’ve accomplished with APSA. From transforming our static website to the robust knowledge repository we now know as APSA Central, to being part of salary, benefits, pension and policy negotiations to supporting our Board of Directors and committees.

I will miss the many members I’ve grown to know and been able to serve. Thank you to my wonderfully vivacious team, Anne Mason and Angela Thurston, Wanda Dekleva and David Agosti, the President and Vice President, respectively, and the Board of Directors.

Thank you for eight wonderful years.
Kelsey
