retiring in the next few years and want to create a pre-retirement plan for
leaving their legacy as well as a post-retirement plan for defining goals and
actions moving forward.

In these sessions, you will:

    how you want to be remembered in the workplace and be more mindful about
    leaving on a high note.
  • Increase self-awareness around knowledge
    transfer opportunities and your role/responsibilities for creating a smooth
    transition.

About the Speaker

Michelle Sharp has over thirty-five years experience and was President of Edge Consulting Ltd for over 23 years. She was responsible for overall direction, management of company initiatives, marketing, client relationship management, resource management and financial planning.

Having sold Edge Consulting over two years ago, Michelle is currently developing a new business to assist passionate social change advocates achieve their personal vision and passion. She believes that “retirees” have so much to give and hopes that through workshops such as Retire with Intention, they can see their potential, create valuable connections and move forward with excitement.

She has developed countless methodologies for clients and facilitated
hundreds of workshops in the following business disciplines: Knowledge
Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Continuous
Improvement and Change Management. Michelle is considered one of the
leading Western Canada experts in Knowledge Management (KM). She has
delivered several KM workshops to staff and managers at UBC, SFU,
various client sites and HRMA.
