Fierce Conversations® teaches
attendees how to ignite productive dialogue that interrogates reality,
provokes learning, resolves tough challenges and enriches relationships.
It’s the place to begin, the cornerstone of great leadership, healthy
cultures, intelligent strategies and whole-hearted execution.
Based on the principles of Susan Scott’s best-seller, “Fierce Conversations: Achieving Success at
Work & in Life, One Conversation at a Time” these foundational,
hands-on
workshops will introduce you to transformational ideas and principles
that will
shift your basic understanding of conversations and the power they hold
in
leadership, relationships and results.
The five sessions cover:
- 7 principles of fierce conversations
- team conversation
- coaching conversation
- delegation conversation
- confrontation model

Speaker Biography
Many will know Candy Ho in her SFU staff, 3-time student, or
UniverCity resident capacity. However, her experience and expertise go beyond
the university as an educator, entrepreneur, and professional facilitator. She
is a firm believer that “when you teach, you learn twice” and her desire to be
a life-long learner helps facilitate her exposure as a knowledge
philanthropist.
