98% voted in favour of the proposed collective agreement for 2012 and 2013.
The agreement includes:
- 2% wage increase for 2012, retroactive to July
1, 2012, - 2% wage increase for 2013, effective July 1,
2013, - increase in Vision Care, from $300 to $500,
- increase in Professional Development reimbursement carry
forward from $2100 to $2800, effective January 2014 and - discussion of AD10.6, section 5.01 and 5.05, by the Joint University Affairs Committee (APSA and HR) to create fair salary increases (%) for promotions.
APSA is waiting to hear how and when Human Resources will apply these salary and benefits increases.
