In this series of four practical and useful half-day workshops, leadership expert and popular presenter Merge Gupta-Sunderji will walk you through a graduated hands-on process to identify career opportunities, expand your professional network, ace your interviews, and take overall charge of your career success. Over the four sessions, you will learn how to identify and best showcase your talents and strengths, research and connect with those who can help you in your career journey, and separate yourself from the pack as someone who is not only qualified but is also skilled at building meaningful professional relationships. While the program will be slanted towards career progression within the university, the skills learned will be applicable in any job environment.
